1. Domestic Shipping (UAE)
We are pleased to offer comprehensive shipping services across the United Arab Emirates.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders of AED 50 and above.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below AED 50, a flat standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase.

2. Shipping Partners
We partner with premium courier services to ensure your package is handled with the utmost care and delivered safely to your doorstep.

3. International Shipping
Currently, Hobbyz provides delivery services exclusively within the UAE. We do not offer international shipping at this time; however, we are working toward expanding our reach in the future.

4. Order Processing
Orders are prioritized for quick dispatch and are typically processed within 24 hours. Please note that orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
