Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy
At Hobbyz, we strive to process your orders as efficiently as possible. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following guidelines for order cancellations:

1. Cancellations Prior to Shipment
We accept cancellation requests for orders that have not yet been processed for dispatch.

How to Request: You may cancel your order directly through your account dashboard under "My Orders". Alternatively, you can email our support team at hello@hobbyz.ae.

Eligibility: Cancellation requests (via dashboard or email) are only valid if completed before the order has been handed over to our logistics partners.

Refunds: Upon a successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard banking processing times for the funds to reflect in your account.

2. Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to stop the delivery or cancel the transaction.

Procedure: If your order has already shipped, please receive the package and subsequently follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

Conditions: Returns must meet all eligibility criteria, including being in original, unopened packaging, to qualify for a refund.
