Return & Exchange Policy

At Hobbyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our dedicated team is here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept returns on:

Personalized Goods: Any custom-made or modified items.

Opened Media: Books or media where the original seal has been broken.

Misuse: Items that show signs of damage due to neglect or misuse.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We offer two convenient ways to start your request:

Self-Service: Log in to your account, navigate to "My Orders," and select the "Return" option for the eligible items.

Support Team: Alternatively, you may email us at hello@hobbyz.ae. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the request.

Once initiated, our team will review the request and provide instructions for the collection of your item.

4. Refunds
Upon receipt and successful inspection of your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approval: Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
